Data controller
YOU ASK WE FIX, SLU (Tax ID B87324992, registered address Calle la Uva 22, 28860 Paracuellos de Jarama, Madrid, Spain), as provisional owner of The Limbo Collective project.
Contact: contact@thelimbo.co · Phone: +34 645 633 887
What data we collect
The data you give us when filling in the registration form: name or artist name, email, phone (optional), place of residence, year of birth, website or social media (optional), and the texts, links and files you choose to share about yourself, your studies, your work and your creative practice.
What we use it for
- To build The Limbo Collective's talent database: a community that lives between two worlds and whose talent we want to show through an online platform and, in the future, through a creation fund that registered people may benefit from.
- To send you emails with news about The Limbo Collective and its activities.
- To produce aggregated, anonymous statistics (how many people have registered, in which cities, in which disciplines) that document the existence of this community before institutions and funding bodies. Your identifying data never appears in these aggregated uses.
Legal basis
Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to contact@thelimbo.co.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to register. In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, children under 14 may not register on this website.
How long we keep your data
For as long as the project is active and you have not requested deletion. If the project ends, the data will be deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Two exceptions you should know about:
- The data is stored in Google Workspace, which acts as data processor under the GDPR: form entries in Google Sheets, and any files you upload in a private Google Drive folder that only the data controller can access.
- Once The Limbo Collective cultural association is incorporated, the database will be transferred to the association, which will continue the project for the same purposes described here. We will inform you of that change by email.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability, by writing to contact@thelimbo.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics or third-party cookies.
